Fill out our patient referral form and fax it to us along with copies of the most recent dilated eye exam reports and diagnostic test results.
We offer a comprehensive selection of optical and digital magnification products, text-to-speech readers, glare filters, task lights, daily living aids for blindness, and other assistive devices for visually impaired people.
Join our online support group for an opportunity to meet others who have vision impairment and blindness.
Meetings are on the last Wednesday of each month from 4:30-5:30pm
Tune in as Dr. Grandela highlights new Low Vision devices, discusses ocular health conditions, and interviews service providers who work with people who have vision impairment and blindness.
