Return and Refund Policy

 At ViewFinder Low Vision Resource Center, we are committed to providing high-quality low vision equipment to enhance the lives of individuals with visual impairments. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a smooth and fair refund process. Please read our refund policy below:


Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are eligible within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the low vision equipment must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.


Initiating a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at Info@ViewFinderLowVision.com or call  480-924-8755 to request a return.
  • Clearly mention the reason for the refund request.


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Ship the product to our main office at:

                             1830 S Alma School Rd #131

                               Mesa, AZ 85210

  • Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


Inspection and Approval:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.


Partial Refunds or Exchanges:

  • In some cases, a partial refund or exchange may be offered if the product is not in its original condition or if parts are missing.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized low vision equipment may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
